V Rum is a premium, sustainable British rum brand, made from scratch using locally sourced, quality natural ingredients at its distillery located in Hampshire. Production is led by V Rum’s Head Distiller, Mikey Melrose, and overseen by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs, Carl and Nicole Churchill. V Rum launches with the intention of becoming a mainstream British rum brand, creating captivating products across the category that can be universally enjoyed with a focus on sustainable production.

V Rum boasts two expressions, a Premium White Rum (40% ABV) and an Overproof White Rum (60% ABV), perfect for cocktail mixing or sipping neat. A third expression, V Rum Spiced (37.5%) launches in October.

Alongside a bold commitment to flavour, V Rum crafts and distills its rum with the planet in mind. The distillery operates using 100% renewable electricity, is a pioneer of green gas provided by Ecotricity, an  advanced heat recovery system to mitigate emissions, and the use of molasses from UK sugar production to limit air miles. The emissions that V Rum cannot directly avoid are offset via Ecologi’s carbon avoidance initiative which contributes to tree planting to support future mitigation. Its 40KW solar array completes in October alongside its rain water harvesting solution. The business is focused on continuing to improve the impact its packaging and transport has on the planet as it continues to scale.
