Sean McNaughten


Sean gained his experience in the drink’s channels through over 25 years in commercial roles working on every continent. ​​

For over a third of this time he was responsible for the Global Duty-Free business, along with over 20 export markets, for Heineken International.​

His core expertise is in International Brand Building, Duty Free Development, Leadership, Strategy Development, Execution, Export Development, Change Management & International Business.​

Niall McFerran

Commercial Director

Niall gained his experience in the drink’s channels over 25 years in commercial roles working in Ireland, UK and Benelux.​

His experience is across HORECA, National Accounts and Export and has been responsible for business development for several key wine, beer and spirit brands working with Pernod Ricard, InBev and Bibendum Ireland.​​

His core expertise is in B2B, B2C, relationship building, strategic planning and people management.

Paul O'Flynn

Commercial Director

Paul has over 25 years experience in the wine and spirit industry. He has held a number of senior Commercial roles at Treasury Wine Estates responsible for Global Travel Retail and European Domestic markets. Previous to this he was Spirits marketing manager at Edward Dillon & Co.


Paul has extensive experience in growing well-established brands as well as smaller premium brands that need to be established first. Some of the brands Paul has worked with include Hennessy, Dom Perignon, Glenmorangie, Penfolds, Concha y Toro and 19 Crimes.
